Arai GP7 FRP Motorsport helmet - The latest standard in racing safety

Arai GP7 FRP Autosport helmet is the model within the renowned Arai racing helmet series. Designed for serious motorsports enthusiasts, this helmet meets the most stringent homologation standards: FIA 8859-2015 and Snell SA2020.

Visually, the GP7 FRP is an exact copy of its high-end carbon brother, the GP7 SRC, but this version is made of Super Fiber, an extremely strong polyester composite that provides maximum protection without sacrificing comfort.

This premium helmet offers exceptional ventilation through 7 strategically placed vents, an advanced soft-touch interior and removable cheek pieces with Quick Release system. The 64.4 mm visor opening offers a wider field of vision and the smart screw system with uniform torx screws provides added security and ease of maintenance.

Advanced scale construction (PB-CLC).

- PB-CLC stands for Peripherally Belted Complex Laminate Construction.

The helmet is reinforced with a super fiber belt (from Formula 1) placed above the eye opening.

Thanks to this technology, the helmet is lighter, has a lower center of gravity and a better field of vision. The mechanically expanded fiber mat connects the inner and outer layers without additional weight

Safety through smart design

Arai believes in a round, smooth outer shell for better gliding properties at impact. Sharp edges or fixed vents can cause rotational reinforcement - that's why Arai vents break off in a crash

Strong outer shell + soft, multi-density EPS inner shell = maximum energy absorption

Each helmet is inspected 5 times: at production, spraying, assembly and in two intermediate steps. Handmade - making one helmet takes up to 18 man hours and 27 production steps

Asian versions of Arai helmets circulate on the market that look identical to European models on the outside. But beware: although the shell appears the same, the internal fit is fundamentally different.

Asian Arai helmets are designed for a rounder head shape, while European versions are tailored to our more elongated, oval head shape. If you accidentally put on an Asian version, you will find that the helmet does not fit properly, which is not only uncomfortable but also compromises safety upon impact.

Therefore, always buy an official, European Arai helmet through authorized dealers such as Speedwear.
